While the investigation continues around Dileep’s alleged involvement in the Malayalm actress abduction case, a surprising news has been doing the rounds. Reports suggest, Dileep and Kavya Madhavan are in fact expecting their first child. In fact, as per the news doing the rounds the actress is in her second trimester. Also, when the actress was being questioned, she was interrogated at her home instead of the police station, because of her current condition. But turns out these rumours are all baseless! As per reports on Manorama Online, the reports of her pregnancy are NOT true but just fresh fodder for people to chew on.
The actress was recently interrogated at the Aluva Residence for five hours with regards to the case. Earlier this month, her boutique was raided as Pulsar Sunil’s letter revealed that he visited the shop after the Feb17 crime. The police were suspecting that he might have dropped off the phone with the memory card that contained the pics. But the phone hasn’t been located yet. As per latest reports on Indian express, the actress’ mother will be questioned again along with Mukesh, who had Pulsar Sunil as his former driver. Singer Rimy Tomy was also interrogated, because of her financial dealings with her Dileep. The actor’s judicial custody has been extended until 8th of August. Earlier this week, the High court rejected Dileep’s bail plea after hearing out his counsel and the prosecutor’s side a week ago. The high court was of the view if the actor was released at the moment, he would hamper with the evidence and that in turn would affect the investigation. The actor now has the option of approaching the Supreme Court, but that news remains to be confirmed.
On July 10, in a shocking turn of events, Dileep was arrested for conspiring in the assault and abduction of a lead Malayalam actress. The actor was arrested on prima facie evidence. The actor himself had declared then that he was innocent and that he would prove his innocence.
