Hrithik Roshan is very picky about what films he does. In fact, for fans like us, it gets really frustrating that we get to see him so rarely on screen. We mean he is a fab actor and thus, movie buffs like us deserve to see more of him. But all we get to hear is him walking out of one movie or another. Say for instance the biopic on Mathematician Anand Kumar to be directed by Vikas Bahl. No no… he hasn’t walked out of the film. Thank god for that but has delayed it. He wants to concentrate on Krrish 4 instead and according to an insider to Mid-Day, it could be because of Bahl’s alleged involvement in the molestation case.
Talking about Krrish 4, a source told the daily, “The script is being worked on. Though Hrithik had agreed to be part of the movie, the paperwork was to be done. Since Rakesh Roshan is in the last leg of scripting Krrish and Hrithik wants to start prep for that film first. His father’s film is his first priority.” An insider told Mid-Day, “It has been done to ensure the controversy he got embroiled in a few months ago doesn’t take the focus away from the movie.” Now you all are aware what this case is. Mumbai Mirror had reported that a colleague of the director accused him of molesting her in Goa. Quoting a stakeholder of the Phantom films, the daily had reported, “We (Reliance Entertainment and Phantom Films) have taken a hard stand, based on what we have heard and investigated.” The filmmaker was formally asked to step down as a shareholder on March 28. The decision needed to be taken because it was getting too much.”
Vikas had however denied all such charges. But guess Hrithik wants the controversy to die down completely before he begins work on the biopic. As along as, you don’t walk out of this film, we are fine with the delay, Hrithik.
